Nature of the store
GameEx is a digital games store owned and operated by MCUBES. We sell digital activation keys for games and software and deliver them electronically. We are not affiliated with the platform publishers whose storefronts are used to redeem a key, unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Nature of products
All products sold on GameEx are delivered in the form of unique activation keys and digital codes, redeemable on third-party platforms such as Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, PlayStation, Battle.net and others. Unless stated otherwise, GameEx does not include physical media, box art, or in-person support.
Product descriptions
Read each product card and description carefully before purchase. Most products can only be accessed via a specific third-party platform and may require an account on that platform plus a compatible device, region, language or currency. Region locks and platform requirements are labelled on the listing before you pay.
Defects of products
MCUBES is liable if a delivered key does not function correctly, meaning you are unable to redeem it on the designated platform for the content you purchased. Invalid, already-redeemed or region-incompatible keys are replaced at no cost or refunded in full under Buyer Protection.
Refund window after key reveal
You lose the right to withdraw from the transaction after you have revealed the key. Once a key is revealed it may be redeemed without our control and, in most cases, it can no longer be verified whether the key has been used. A transaction is therefore completed in full after the key has been revealed. There is also no cancellation once a purchase is made and payment has succeeded; your protections are the 24-hour delivery guarantee and the full refund or store credit remedy when a key is not as described — see Clause 8 of the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Manual verification
Every key is manually verified before delivery. Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If a seller, distributor or your own account name change affects fulfilment, support will contact you using the email on your order.
